For France and European Union, Do I have to pay VAT in addition to the price of the pledge ?

No, VAT is included in your pledge.

I want more sleeves but you don't have a specific pledge level for the # I want ?

If you want 30 packs just pledge at the 63€ level but put in 94,50€ (add extra cost for large packs) for the number of packs. If you want 200 packs just double the €230 pledge level. We will have to charge you more shipping than that base pledge level but we adjust shipping cost about the weight levels. We will assign those costs for extra shipping after the KS is over and we are doing the pledge manager, but for sure please feel free to add more. You can also add +4€ for each exclusive universal playing card holder (add-on).

Discovery Pledge : Can I choose more than one free pack standard 63,5x88mm (you pay only shipping 3,60€) ?

Yes, you will receive two Discovery Pledge at your home.

Discovery Pledge : can I choose another sleeves size ?

Today no, in order to offer a free pack with little shipping cost, I have to offer only one sleeves size. I choose the most used one. BUT during the campaign, if many backers want another size, I will send you a survey to check if I can do the Discovery Pledge for two different sleeves size.

Discovery Pledge : How can you offer a free game?

By deducting the shipping costs, the cost of manufacturing, customs taxes, bubble envelopes, KS and Stripe costs (and VAT for France / EU), we hardly make any profit. We have a professional contract with the postal services which allows us to have a really attractive price for sending free products / samples. We have optimized all the features to make this model economically viable. It should be seen as a communication Pledge. One way for backers to form their own opinion on the sleeves quality without financial risk for them.

How does split shipping work? What is the cost for this? Can we delay the whole shipment?

When stretchgoal will be hit : If you are a Crazy Player Backer you can fill out your survey/PM and get 50 of the packs when you fill it out and 50 packs later. We don’t charge extra shipping for this bonus action! Of course if you simply don’t fill out the survey then we don’t know what to send you so we can’t send you anything so you could delay your whole shipment by just not filling it in. We will end the survey 3 months after the post-campaign survey opens though so if you want your shipment delayed past September 15, 2023 (estimate date) you’d better contact us and work that out. We don’t mind holding your pledge a little longer but don’t want people coming back a year after the campaign wondering where the sleeves are, you need to tell us what you want so we can deliver it. Any pledges with no survey after 90 days after we open the pledge manager will be considered donations. Of course if you are in the Crazy Player level you have up to 6 months to claim the other portion of your reward. If you are “double Crazy Player” you can take just 50 packs now and the other 150 later down the road too but also within 6 months.

After the Kickstarter campaign, will there be a Pledge Manager or a Late Pledge ?

At the end of this Kickstarter campaign, we will be using a pledge manager and we probably allow late pledges.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Terms and Conditions

PRODUCTION RISKS
Even though we do our best to ensure quality products and fast production, there is always the risk of delays. Supplier shortages, holidays, and weather conditions are just a few of the reasons a production run could be delayed. Pimp3D Insight should not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.

REFUND POLICY
We can refund you for a period up to 30 days after the end of the campaign.

MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS
If you find out that there are items missing after you receive your order, please contact us at [email protected]. We will send you the missing items as soon as possible.

DELIVERY DATE
Our current estimation for delivery is september 2023. History has shown, however, that no matter how well you plan things, there is always a chance of delays. But we are keeping this first project VERY SIMPLE so it should be fulfilled in plenty of time! No big stretch goals are being introduced to complicate things and it should go very smoothly!

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
If a package is not delivered due to a backers fault (wrong address given, backer did not claim the delivered package from their post office, etc.), the backer may be asked to pay additional shipping fees for the item to be sent out again.
